The Ministry of justice proposes to increase the minimum child support. This was stated by the head of the Ministry Pavel Petrenko, reports TSN.
The Ministry of justice is preparing amendments to the law on the rights of children whose parents divorced. Can offer to share the property equally with the children. Also offer the same rate as in the French law, – children after a divorce, parents should have the same level of content which they had in a full family.
Separately, the Ministry of justice wants to register for tax and social benefits for the parents who are responsible for the upbringing of children. What would be the criteria, Petrenko said.
The Ministry of justice from the beginning of 2017 has collected more than 450 million UAH of debts from defaulters of the alimony in favor of the Ukrainian children.
