Former President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko said that before he met with Putin. More than 10 years ago, Yushchenko has told that Putin was a completely different person. Today, according to Yushchenko, though, has changed.
Third President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko told that, in
what kind of situation he met with the President of the Russian Federation. Given
the situation, he noted that Vladimir Putin has changed a lot. Victor
Yushchenko said it was like two different people, reports the edition “Диалог.UA”
