The CRYSTAL ball ORB solve the problem of water purification in home aquariums

The company PrettyWater Solutions is preparing to bring to market a unusual gadget for the lovers of aquarium fish. It’s called the Crystal Orb, and it is based on nanotechnology that enables the device to kill the algae and bacteria in aquariums without the use of chemicals. Technology details were not disclosed, but the nanomaterial Crystal Orb received a us patent US 9574136 B2.

Any aquarium is an artificial biological environment, which requires a delicate balancing. It is constantly multiply the microorganisms that spoil water and cause fish diseases. To fight them are most often used chemical compounds – salts, and synthetic antibiotics. A direct consequence of their use – the aquarium is transformed into a chemical soup, which when change of water is sent into the environment.

Crystal Orb has in its composition of soluble compounds. On its surface is the oxidation reaction that creates around the device “sterile area”. Any caught in it a unicellular organism dies.
