Exposed scheme of legalization in Ukraine of criminals from Russia
Moscow Prosecutor’s office jointly with Nicolicea exposed group of individuals who contributed to the illegal legalization in Ukraine of the Russian criminals. Reports a press about it-service of Prosecutor’s office of Kiev in Facebook.
“Detained participants of criminal group that facilitated the illegal acquisition of the citizenship of Ukraine by persons in the criminal investigation, and drug legalization in Ukraine”, - noted in press service.
The investigation established that the participants of the criminal scheme in the structural units of the state migration service were provided false documents on which basis the persons received the citizenship of Ukraine, and later entered into fictitious marriages with citizens of Ukraine.
Thus, the attackers contributed to the legalization of illegal and prevent future identification of five foreign nationals who were wanted for committing grave and especially grave crimes.
“In order to expedite the process of marriage registration in the territorial divisions of the registry office was given false statement about the alleged pregnancy of these women. Later in the month the marriage was broken, and the fugitives remained in the names of fictitious wives”, - stated in the message.
In addition, some individuals even faked his own death in Ukraine in order to be removed from the wanted list in Russia.
“In fact, this scheme, on which Dakar (the killer, an attempt on Adam Osmayev, - ed) received the citizenship”, - said the press Secretary of the Prosecutor’s office of Kiev Hope maksimets in Facebook.
Later, she added that the prosecution until binds the arrest of this criminal group in the case of the suspect in the attempted Osmayev and his wife.
It is also reported that among the attackers - the former head of the organization of logistics of the interior Ministry of the Russian Federation, assistant Deputy Minister of the interior Ministry, who was wanted for embezzlement of budget funds, his accomplice, the organizer and participants of criminal organizations and others.
In order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine detained and reported suspected four persons, including the assistant Deputy Minister of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The defendants in the production of discovered and seized a large number of domestic and international passports of different countries, fake residence permits, certificates of service, weapons, and cash in the sum more than 230 thousand UAH 134 thousand dollars, more than 14 thousand euros and 1, 4 million Russian rubles.
The investigation is continuing.
Earlier it was reported that the killer found the passport of the citizen of Ukraine in the name of Alexander of Dakar. The Prosecutor’s office examines the circumstances of its receipt.
On 3 June it was reportedthat the shooter in volunteers ATO Aminu Okueva and Adam Osmayev, known under the names of Dakar, Denislav, Kurmakaev, Tishchenko, journalists of the St. Petersburg newspaper Fontanka also identificeret as famous in Russia and outside of the criminal.
The attack on Okueva and Osmayev occurred on 1 June in the capital’s Podil.
