Pollution of reservoirs on our planet get the scale of a disaster that forces people to seek a simple and inexpensive solution to this problem. One of them suggested that a team of scientists and engineers of the Chicago startup AltruBots (his first name Urban Rivers). They created a cheap, managed through the Internet-cleaning robot. The work lasted a whole year, and today it may test any Internet user, just go to the site of the project.
The developers warn that the program is being “run-in”, so some features are not currently available. Yet the robot does not collect river debris, but only “warming up” in the pool filled with rubber ducks, which offer to train the defenders of the environment.
Team AltruBots promises to complete the work within the next months, and after eliminating all of the disadvantages to send their offspring to the Chicago river.
