“According to the decision of Wizz Air flights Kharkov-London will be suspended from 10.02.2019. As far as we know, the reason for the cancellation of flights is a high enough demand for this direction”, – said in the administration of the airport.

Wizz Air edition of the CTS reported that the reason for this step from the low-cost airline called low demand of passengers in this area.

“Wizz Air is continuously monitoring the effectiveness of its flights to provide passengers with the low prices of the most popular destinations. Wizz Air added that additional resources will be used to service the flights for which there is high demand.

“The airline shall inform passengers, and reservation changes. They are booking on an alternative flight, a full refund or 120% compensation of the cost of tickets, which is transferred to the account of Wizz Air in the form of a loan,” the company said.

Note that the first flight Kharkov-London Wizz Air has only executed 13 Nov. Flight frequency was twice a week – on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
