Will not be allowed abroad: entered into force the law about not paying child support

Today in Ukraine came into force the law on strengthening of responsibility for non-payment of alimony.

If the debt is for alimony exceeded the amount of payments for six months, the debtor may limit the right to travel abroad, also temporarily limit it to the right to drive a car, hunt and even use weapons, if he has such a right.

If alimony is not paid more than six months, the question of the departure of the child abroad to decide the parent with whom the child lives.

According to the law proposed a new type of administrative penalty in the form of social work.

17 may 2017 the Verkhovna Rada simplified the payment of alimony.
