KIEV. 29 Oct. UNN. Access to the premises of the transformer substation, where the teenager received a fatal electric shock, was not restricted. This was announced on his page in Facebook Advisor to the Chairman of Ukraine in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak, reports UNN.

R. Forostyak noted that a transformer substation and a buffer zone around the perimeter of 3 meters belongs to one of structural divisions of PJSC Power companies. In the course of urgent investigative actions militiamen withdrew technical and production documentation, which clarified the officials responsible for technical condition, safety and operation of this facility.

“Access to the premises of the substation were not limited physically, locks and other mechanical limitations were absent at the time of the tragedy”, — stated in the message of R. Forostyak.
