Vinnytsia policemen accused of torture of a person

KIEV. 20 Feb. UNN. In the Vinnitsa region law enforcement authorities exposed in the torturing and illegal imprisonment of the person. This was reported to UNN in the press service of the Prosecutor of Vinnytsia region.
