KIEV. March 28. UNN. Venezuelan authorities have decided to ban the leader of the opposition, Juan Guido to hold public office for 15 years on the basis of the violations that were identified in its financial Declaration. This was reported on Thursday by Reuters, citing a statement by the head of the General control Department of the Venezuelan Elvis Amorós, reports UNN.

“Under article 105 of the Tax code of Venezuela’s General Comptroller decided to deny Juan, Guido the right to hold any public office for a maximum period (15 years) established by law”, – said the official.

According to Amorós, the decision was made on the basis of violations revealed in the financial statements of the leader of the Venezuelan opposition.

In February, the General Comptroller of Venezuela began checking the Declaration of assets, Guido. This was done in connection with the suspicions that arose due to the fact that the opposition leader, who proclaimed himself President of Venezuela, has hidden or falsified the data contained therein, and also received money from the international and national structures, without providing any justification.

We will remind, the leader of the Venezuelan opposition Juan Guido stated that the operation “Freedom”, which, in his opinion, should lead to the termination of the reign of President Nicolas Maduro, will begin on 6 April.
