“Vata” is not sleeping: near Odessa unknown posted is banned in Ukraine the flag of the USSR

Today, Sunday, may 14, in the village of Zatoka, Odessa region, one of the residents hung out the flag of blood-red color, which was caused by the image of a sickle and hammer. Passers-by found out in the banner the symbol of the Soviet Union, which is prohibited on the territory of Ukraine.

It is known that the red fabric was raised on the flagpole of one of the suburban houses.

The flag party of the Soviet Communists was seen in the village of Zatoka (Odessa region), close to the railway station “Druzhba”.

As reported by the local Odessa police, this violation was entered into the Unified list of pre-judicial investigations.

“On this fact the criminal proceedings under article No346 the Criminal code of Ukraine (threat or violence concerning the state or public figure). Currently pre-trial investigation”, – added in the press center of the Odessa regional Central Board.

Note that the punishment under article 346 punishable by restriction of liberty from 5 years.
