USA partially resumed issuing visas to Turkish citizens

USA partially resumed issuing visas to citizens of Turkey, reported in the American Embassy in Ankara, reports Reuters.

Issuing visas renewed after receiving guarantees of safety of personnel, the U.S. Embassy in Turkey. The same step was taken already in the Turkish Embassy in the United States.

Washington has suspended the issuance of visas at the beginning of October, after the Turkish authorities arrested employees of the American Consulate in Istanbul.
