US Congressman, resigned because of allegations of harassment

Us Congressman from Republicans Trent Franks said Friday, December 8, resigns due to allegations of sexual harassment. On it informs edition USA Today.

“Last night my wife was hospitalized in Washington, D.C. due to ongoing illness. After discussing the options with my wife, we came to the conclusion that the best for our family will now submit my resignation today, 8 December 2017,” he said.

It is noted that after allegations of sexual harassment Franks had to leave his post at the end of January.

Thus, according to him, the charges against him arose from the fact that he offered two of his colleagues to become surrogate mothers, since his wife could not have children. It is reported that this “confused” women and they said about indecency on the part of the Congressman.
