Unknown in balaclavas tried to seize military airfield in Odessa

KIEV. 29 Oct. UNN. Unidentified individuals in balaclavas tried to make an attempt of raider capture of a military facility, namely the part of the airport in Odessa, which is currently owned by the Ministry of defense of Ukraine. This was reported to UNN by the press officer of Air forces of Armed forces of Ukraine Roman Urchila.

“Around 8:45 in Odessa unknown in balaclavas, there were about 40 people made the attempt of raider capture of the territory of a military facility that is now the property of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine”, – he said.

Urcia said that this is the territory of a military airfield.

“They (unknown – ed.) have positioned themselves as representatives of the shopping center. The part of earth where some 10-15 m of fencing was demolished and removed”, – he said.

Despite this, said the press Secretary on the scene immediately came to the military Prosecutor of the Central region, and military service of law and order, military lawyers, representatives of air command “South” of Air forces of VSU.
