Under the wheels of a truck killed the mayor of the city of Dergachi of Kharkov region Alexander Lissitzky: there are investigative actions

As it became known “Диалог.UA” on Saturday, 29th April 2017, dergachevsky police received a signal about collision of the truck in person. The victims were the mayor of the city Oleksandr Lissitzky.

This was announced

According to preliminary data, the tragedy occurred on the street Railway of the city of Dergachi of Kharkov region.
The water truck watering the flowers, was not put on the hand brake and came to
movement, with El Lissitzky, who approached the vehicle.

From his injuries, Alexander
Lissitzky died on the way to the hospital.

Upon the death of the mayor Crake
open criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 286 (violation of safety rules
traffic or transport operation by persons who control
vehicles) of the criminal code of Ukraine – with the sanction of 3 to 8 years in prison
freedom.

It is worth noting that in this
the moment the investigation is considering several versions of what happened, among them
the version that the 61-year-old driver of the car “GAS” on his own
imprudence brought down the mayor Crake.

Odessa Gennady Trukhanov has agreed to veto the controversial decision
the local city Council to return the city streets of the Soviet names.
