Ukrainian tennis player reached the semi Final of the Junior masters

KIEV. 27 Oct. UNN. Ukrainian tennis player Marta Kostyuk won the third prize in the group stage at the Final of Junior masters (ITF Junior Masters), what happens on the courts Chengdu (China), reports UNN with reference to the portal tennis Ukraine.

In the third match in group Li from Kiev (winner of the Junior AUS Open singles and US Open in doubles) beat the representative of Slovenia Kaya Yuvan – 6: 2, 7: 6 (1), taking revenge for the defeat in the final of the European championship.

In the semi-final opponent will be Kostiuk Maria Lourdes Carl from Argentina (champion of last year’s “Eddie Herr International”).

Note that the second semifinal pair will be American Whitney Osuigwe (champion of the Junior Roland Garros) and Kaya Yuvan from Russia (European champion).

In addition, the ITF Junior Masters is an analogue of the Final tournament for tennis players under 18 years of age.
