Ukraine’s first computer Museum opens in Kharkov

Today, August 29, in Kharkov opened the first in Ukraine Museum software and computers.

It is reported by the Newsroom.

More than a hundred technical devices collected only three citizens of Kharkiv. The main part of the exhibits the last four years collecting enthusiast and collector Alexander Kovalenko.

Now in the Museum you can see the Apple II computer, created by Steve Wozniak and Steve jobs in 1977, the first commercially successful laptop, 12-pound Osborne 1, a computer BBC for “computer literacy”, and about ten Soviet developments 70-80 years and the station with which graphic designers, for example, created a master Yoda from “Star wars”.

The creators of the Museum say that the formation of the exposition is still not finished – continue the search for Soviet technology and also the creation of a separate exhibition dedicated to the development of smartphones.
