Ukraine will appeal to the courts on the fact of torture against Surzhenko

Ukraine prepared an appeal to international organizations and courts for crimes of torture against Ukrainian Lyudmila Surzhenko in captivity of terrorists of LNR. This was announced by Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman in Facebook.

Groisman noted that Surzhenko now in serious psychological condition. She had been in captivity for two weeks and all this time she was tortured with pliers and hurt my hand trying to beat out a confession that she “works at the Ukrainian intelligence services.”

Surzhenko – disabled children with hearing, uses a hearing aid. She was detained on July 13 KPVV the Village Lugansk due to the fact that her camera ran out of battery and she was unable to carry out the terrorist team.

The woman was released on July 29, and she managed to cross the checkpoint.
