Ukraine was at the “bottom” of the health rating Bloomberg

KIEV. March 4. UNN. Based on the aggregate indicators, from state spending on health and ending with indicators of depression among the population, alcohol consumption, Smoking, happiness and exercise, Bloomberg made up the health index in Indigo (Indigo Wellbeing Index — eng.), the ranking of countries in terms of the G-20 countries, as well as the 20 most densely populated countries on the planet, which are not included in the “twenty”. At the last came and Ukraine, once at the end of the list, reports UNN.

So, in compiling the index, the authors relied on data from the world health organization, Report on the global happiness data, and of public health.

Leaders and outsiders among the countries determined by such indicators of the health of the population: the level of blood glucose, blood pressure, obesity, depression, happiness, alcohol use, tobacco use, inactivity (passivity), life expectancy, health care costs.

According to the official returns of the publication, the ranking of the 20 most populous countries outside the G-20, there is a huge disparity in performance. The most productive country in this group — Philippines, which occupy high positions because of the low levels of obesity and depression.

For Fillipini in the first three — Myanmar and Thailand respectively.

At the bottom of this group are Egypt, which are poor indicators of obesity, glucose levels in the blood and lifespan, Iraq and Ukraine, with its poor level of depression and blood pressure, the newspaper writes. The country earned less than 0.4 points from the maximum of 1.0. The leader of the group, the Philippines received a score of 0.67.
