Ukraine has banned four Russian film
Uncategorized October 13, 2017The state Agency for film banned in Ukraine show Russian films “Despite everything”, “My other kids”, “call from the past” and “Love will not deceive”. About it reports a press-service of the state.
“The state Agency of Ukraine for the movie 12 Oct 2017 were cancelled by the state certificate for distribution and showing and cancelled the state registration of t/f “in Spite of everything” (dir. A. zadvorny), issued to LLC Token Media”, – is told in the message.
In the state explained that the decision was made on the basis of article 15 of the law on cinematography, and paragraph 12 of regulations on the state certificate for distribution and demonstration of films.
Article 15 of the law on cinematography regulates the list of grounds for refusal to issue a state certificate for distribution and demonstration of films, as well as revocation and cancellation of state registration, including in the case of detection in documents submitted subject of cinematography, inaccurate information, noted in the state.
The Agency is now undertaking a review of all of licences issued to LLC Token Media.
Later on the website of the state, it was reported that the revoked certificate on the right of distribution and cancelled the state registration of films “My other kids” (dir. V. foreseen by), “a call from the past” (dir. S. vaskovskaya ) and “Love won’t lie” (dir. A. Zadvorny).
In September, the state banned the series “the Heart is not stone” (directed by D. Sorokin, Russia, 2012), the movies “I love you” (directed by S. Ginsburg, production of Russia, 2007) and “Tariff “Happy family” (directed by A. Chebotarev, Russia – Ukraine, 2013).
