Ukraine gave the ECHR the legal position on the suit against Russia
Uncategorized October 26, 2017Ukraine lodged with the European court of human rights the legal position in the case of the events in the Donbass in 2014. This was announced by justice Minister Pavel Petrenko on air of TV channel NewsOne.
As explained Petrenko, this business of kidnapping children-orphans and export them to Russia. Ukraine handed over to ECHR over a hundred witnesses.
The Minister assured that Russia practically has no arguments to refute the Ukrainian position.
Ukraine has already filed to the European court of human rights five claims against Russia for occupation of Crimea, military aggression in the Donbass, about the violation of human rights in the occupied territories and the illegal export of orphans in Russia.
