Tymoshenko and Vlasenko forgave illegal border crossing

Mostyska district Lviv region court closed the case on illegal crossing of the state border at “shehyni” faction leader “Fatherland” Yulia Tymoshenko.

According to the lawyer of Tymoshenko Mykola Titarenko, a similar decision was taken in the case of illegal border crossing by MP from the “Batkivshchyna” Serhiy Vlasenko.
“Against Tymoshenko was closed a case on an administrative offence under article 247 (Code of administrative offences)”, – said the lawyer Titarenko.
He also said that at the hearing the defense insisted on the closure of the case due to the lack of offense.
In addition, according to the lawyer, Tymoshenko and Vlasenko acted in a state of necessity in connection with the message on a mining.
The defense also petitioned for the closure of proceedings in connection with the expiration of the hearing.
According to Titarenko, full text of the decision must be made within 5 days and then it will become clear why the court decided to dismiss the case.
We will remind, Lutsenko promised not to imprison Tymoshenko.
