Two suspects in the murder of a lawyer in Kharkov, arrested

KIEV. 6 Oct. UNN. At the request of prosecutors the court arrested 2 offenders — suspects in the daring murder of a lawyer in December 2016. About it reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Kharkiv region, reports UNN.

Repeatedly earlier judged men declared suspicion according to claim 6,13 part 2 of article 115, part 4 of article 187 (murder from mercenary promptings, robbery) of the criminal code of Ukraine.

“For the principled position of the Prosecutor of the Kiev district court of Kharkov chose a measure of restraint in form of detention without the right of bail for 2 men suspected in the robbery and brutal murder of a lawyer”, — stated in the message.

The maximum penalty provided for by articles — a life imprisonment.

Pre-judicial investigation proceeds. Checked the involvement of criminals to commit other crimes.

Recall, 22 December 2016 in the Kharkiv region, immediately after leaving the lawyer’s office was murdered lawyer Tatiana Popova.
