According to opinion polls, Zeman are ready to give their votes at 47.6% of voters.
His main rival, George Dragos, ex-President of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, can score 44.9% of voters.
In third place – a poet and entrepreneur Michal Horacek, his support of 10.8%.

The first round of presidential elections in the Czech Republic will take place on 12 and 13 January. In case no one gets the support of 50% of the votes, in two weeks will be held the second round.
Earlier in the December survey, Kantar TNS and Median for Czech television Zeman was supported by 43.5% of voters, Dragos – 28,5%, Horacek 11.5 per cent. In the second round and landed, and Dragos are willing to vote for 45%.
On 10 October, speaking at a session of the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Zeman saidhe believes the seizure by Russia of the Crimea “completed thing” and offered to “solve the issue” with the payment of compensation to Ukraine. He later these words are called his opinion, to apologize for which not intended.
18 October in Prague was held to protest against Zeman because of his position on Russia-annexed Crimea, and participation in politics, the former Finance Minister Andrew Babish.
