Turkish citizen wanted by Interpol detained in Odessa airport

ODESSA-KIEV. 9 Nov. UNN. A Turkish citizen who was wanted in France for drug smuggling, were detained by the guards of the Odessa group at the checkpoint “Odessa-Avia” .About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of the gpsu.

“The offender was found during border control of the passengers of the flight “Istanbul-Odessa”. A Turkish citizen, who flew on this flight in the Ukraine, worked the Interpol database. As it turned out, 29-year-old foreigner was wanted by law enforcement authorities in France for bringing to criminal responsibility for drug trafficking ”, – stated in the message.

Currently, the detainee transferred to representatives of the National police of Ukraine for further legal actions.
