Monday, September 4, at the airport of Minsk detained the 22-year-old resident of Chechnya who tried to escape abroad because she had been receiving at home threats. A native of Argun Louise Dudurkaeva intended, with the assistance of human rights defenders to go to Norway as a refugee.
In Minsk airport the girl was detained by police and unidentified people in civilian clothes, writes “Novaya Gazeta”. Within the hour Dudurkaev were talking in the “under pressure” and “behind closed doors”, the newspaper notes. Arrested then transferred to the father, who was waiting for her in the Department of transport police.
According to the newspaper, Dudurkaev detained about 12:30 while trying to fly to Helsinki. Belarusian police refused to talk to the girl accompanying the lawyer, notwithstanding his power of attorney to represent its interests in state agencies. After an hour of discussions in the police Dudurkaeva left in tears, accompanied by a man who introduced himself as the lawyer for her father. The man took the girl in an unknown direction.
Dudurkaev have left Norway travel issued a refugee certificate. This document and a Schengen visa from the Kingdom she received on August 31. As the newspaper notes, she helped the defenders.
