Approximately 70 employees of the private security firm, armed with crowbars and iron bars, stormed today around 07:00 in the Odessa sanatorium of Lermontov. It is reported by the Duma.
They seized the administrative building and would not let the workers to work.
“Invaders” led by the representative of the state enterprise (sanatorium challenged each other the Ministry of justice and Ukrprofzdravnitsa, – ed.), who claims that they are acting legally. But today there is in force a decision which cancelled the transfer of resorts to justice,” said lawyer Ilya Haldi that protects the interests of the current administration Lermontov.
The police started criminal proceedings on the fact of capture of the administrative building of the sanatorium.
As reported in the state of national police of the incident qualified under article 356 of the Criminal code (Arbitrariness).
Now the health resort is unlocked. Law enforcement authorities carried out inspection of premises and fixed caused the establishment of the material damage: broken doors and locks.
“The police did not intervene in the economic conflict, but at the same time will not violate public order and act uncivilized force, anyone,” – said Advisor to the head of state of Ukraine in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak.
