Three poles condemned for the destruction of the Ukrainian flag

Three poles, who in September last year in świdnica tore down the Ukrainian flag, trampled and rubbed it on his shoes, the court ordered to pay the owner the value of the flag, and also to pay a fine. About it reports Polish radio.

Sentence 20-year-old Katarzyna S., 21-year-old Marta W. and 25-year-old Andrzej B. issued by the district court.

For the destruction of the Ukrainian flag they have to pay the firm for the mediation of labor 150 PLN. Each of them will pay 300 zlotys fine (around $80), the publication reported.

The Polish police brought the detainees allegations of “theft and destruction of property” and not in violation of the state symbols as the flag was posted by a private individual, not authority, therefore, according to the police, “over the flag was not committed abuse.”

As recalled by the publication, in September last year, three young men removed the Ukrainian flag, posted at the entrance to the Sudeten industrial chamber of Commerce employment Agency Smart Work, threw it on the ground and wiped his feet on.
