Three of the MP has not paid the total amount of 150 million tax – Lutsenko will require you to remove their immunity

Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko declared intention to address to the Ukrainian Parliament with the requirement to remove the parliamentary immunity of three deputies.

Yuriy Lutsenko said that was conducted an unscheduled inspection of the three MPs of the 17 submitted. During the inspection it was found that each of them has not paid state taxes in the amount of from 40 to 60 million. This was attorney General said during the reporting meeting on results of work of bodies of Prosecutor’s office in 2016, reports “Диалог.UA”.

Lutsenko noted that there are two ways to neoplatyura taxes MPs: either they pay what I owe, or the Parliament removes immunity in respect of them opened criminal proceedings. The names of the offending deputies the public Prosecutor has sounded.
