The Pentagon denies the dangerous proximity of the passenger plane of Iranian airline Mahan Airlines F-15 U.S. air force, which occurred over Syria.
“The F-15 was held today by the evening standard visual inspection passenger airliner Mahan Air at a safe distance about 1 m from the aircraft. A visual inspection was conducted to ensure the safety of the personnel of the coalition garrison in Al-TANF”, – reads the statement of the command (quoted by the Associated Press). It is argued that “professional interception” was made according to international standards.
