In the Odessa region Prosecutor’s office returned to the state property of sanatorium “Zatoka” with an area of almost 2.5 thousand sq m. About it reports a press-service of the Prosecutor General.
The Odessa appellate economic court satisfied the claim of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi local Prosecutor’s office who demanded to reclaim buildings and structures of the sanatorium “Zatoka” in an area of nearly 2500 square meters, located on the coast of the Black sea.
“The basis of the claim was the illegal withdrawal from state ownership of the disputed property, namely the 53 houses that the company issued in a private property on the basis of judicial decisions… In August 2017, the court of first instance rejected the claim of the local Prosecutor’s office. The Prosecutor’s office appealed the decision to the appeal”, – is spoken in the message.
Now the court decision has entered into force, and the defendant is obliged to return the property of the sanatorium in the state.
