The Supreme Court scheduled the next hearing on the dismissal of a Pipe as Director of the RRT on 12 June

KIEV. June 4. UNN. The Supreme Court appointed on 12 June next court session on consideration of the claim of the former Director of the State Bureau of investigation of the Novel of the Pipe to the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky on the recognition of its dismissal illegal. About this UNN reports quoting the press service of the armed forces.
“During the meeting, the representative of the claimant has declared the petition for granting him time to prepare objections to the Respondent and a third party. The Supreme Court, composed of judges from the Cassation administrative court is the motion”, – stated in the message.
It is reported that the next hearing is scheduled for 10:00 on 12 June 2020.
We will remind, manufacture on the case opened on 10 February 2020. Also the first hearing took place on 7 may 2020. The court adjourned the proceedings because of the quarantine.
As reported, the former Director of the State Bureau of investigation, the novel Pipe filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court on the recognition of the decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky for his dismissal from the post of Director illegal.
Recall, 27 December, President Zelensky fired Director of the RRG Pipe and appointed a replacement.
