The Prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings against MP for separatism

KIEV. 16 Nov. UNN. Open criminal proceedings on grounds of infringement of territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine against people’s Deputy from “Opposition bloc” Yevhen Balytsky, who on the evening air of TV channel “112” suggested the possibility of separating the territory of the district that he represents. This is stated in the press service of the Prosecutor of Zaporozhye region, reports UNN.

“The Prosecutor’s office according to a report in the media 15.11.2017 information has been entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 article 110 of the criminal code of Ukraine (infringement of territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine committed by a representative of the government) statements regarding the people’s Deputy of Ukraine E. V. Balytsky the evening air of TV channel “112” from 13.11.2017″, — stated in the message.

It is noted that the investigation in the specified criminal proceedings the criminal procedure code of Ukraine is entrusted to investigative Department of Management of security Service of Ukraine in Zaporozhye region. Procedural management is performed by group of prosecutors of regional Prosecutor’s office.

As reported in the press service, at present pre-judicial investigation proceeds, are held urgent investigative actions.

As reported UNN, Mariupol court complained of pressure from MPs in the case of Kolmogorov.
