Party “Opposition platform For life,” commented the plans of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko to start a criminal case on the fact of illegal crossing of the border the Chairman of the political Council of the party Medvedchuk and presidential candidate Yuriy Boyko.

“The political prosecution of the presidential candidate of Ukraine Yuriy Boyko and the Chairman of political Council “the Opposition platform For life” Viktor Medvedchuk was joined by the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov and the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko,” — said in a statement published on the website of the party.
The party believes that “the persecution is revenge for the position of Yuriy Boyko and Viktor Medvedchuk, who defend the interests of Ukrainians suffering from the tariff of the genocide and became hostages of the anti-people policies pursued by corrupt Ukrainian authorities acting at the behest of Washington and the IMF.”
The statement stressed that “the strategic goal of the Moscow negotiations was the protection of economic interests of Ukraine and Ukrainian citizens, which completely corresponds to article 17 of the Constitution, which States: “the protection of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, ensuring its economic and informational security are the most important functions of the state, matter of all Ukrainian people”.
On 22 March it became known that the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting in Moscow with Boyko and Medvedchuk.
Later Lutsenko said that on Wednesday, March 27, will be prosecuted for illegal border crossing smartly and Medvedchuk.
