The Parliament submitted the amended law on special order for Donbas
Uncategorized October 5, 2017The administration of President Petro Poroshenko today, October 5, withdrew submitted to Parliament a bill to extend for a year the special order of government in the territory occupied by a hybrid of the army of Donbass, and then made it re – adjusted. This is stated in the explanatory note on the document page.
Now the draft law No.7164 submitted for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on national security and defence, and included in its agenda.
Poroshenko added in a paragraph talking about the fact that the extension of “special status” for ORDA will be possible once the conditions of article 10 of the new law, including the withdrawal of illegal armed formations and military equipment from the Ukrainian territory.
This edit today suggested at a meeting of the parliamentary Committee on national security and defense, which did not support the initial version No. 7164.
