The experts took water samples at the location of the impounded tankers and handed them over to the Department instrumentalno-laboratory control of inspection.

“As a result, found above the content in water of oil products in 53 times at the scene,” wrote Firsov.

According to him, constant monitoring of the occurrence of pollution, the state inspectors are on the scene.

In addition, representatives of environmental inspection will determine the damage done to the environment, with subsequent treatment of the claim about compensation of the caused losses.

Currently, inspectors, and representatives of the state enterprise “Administration seaports of Ukraine” conducted a re-examination of the scene of the accident and re-sampled. This is due to the appearance of water on the oily spots.

As UNIAN reported earlier, in the Black sea near Odessa suffered a disaster of the tanker “Delphi” with three Ukrainians on Board who refused to leave the ship. The tanker had issued a distress signal in the evening of 20 November, when he was in the surveillance zone of the sea port “Pivdennyi” (Odessa region).

Later it was demolished by the wind to the Dolphin beach in Odessa. According to the state enterprise “Administration seaports of Ukraine”, the tanker is the bunkering barge (the owner is a company which was in Birmingham) has no load.
