The official Odessa city Council will meet in court for driving in a drunken state

ODESSA-KIEV. 25 Dec. UNN. Police of Odessa will submit to the court a case against an employee of the Department of administrative services the city Council, which operated the car while intoxicated and was aggressive with the patrol. About it the correspondent of UNN reported the press Secretary of management of police patrol Olesya Alla Marchenko.

“According to article 130, part 1 (code of Ukraine on administrative offences) the offender faces a fine of $ 10.2 thousand, and deprivation of the right of driving”, – said A. Marchenko.

According to her, as the woman in the car was her minor child, the police decided not to bring a woman to the district police station.

In addition, the woman refused a forensic medical examination, which would allow to establish the level of alcohol in her blood. This fact is the place was recorded by witnesses. Now the car is official costs on a shtrafploshchadka.

We will remind, the Odessa patrol officer stopped the Odessa city hall, which operated the car while intoxicated.
