The official Gosgeokadastra suspected of causing the state losses of nearly 1.4 million UAH
KIEV. March 29. UNN. Official Gosgeokadastra in Kiev region reported about suspicion for forgery and illegal transfer of land to private property. It is reported by UNN citing the press service of the Prosecutor of Kyiv region.
According to investigators, a civil servant, knowing that 8 state ownership of land are rented to persons, who for their use were regularly paying money to the budget, forged documents and illegally without the knowledge of these citizens donated the land to the private property of third parties.
As a result of illegal actions of state ownership dropped 16 hectares of agricultural land, the state incurred losses amounting to almost 1.4 million.
“Given the above, bila Tserkva local Prosecutor’s office, the head of one of departments of the Main Department of Gosgeokadastr in Kiev region reported about suspicion in Commission of crime under part 2 St. 364, part 1 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of official position, entailed heavy consequences legally protected interests of individuals and the interests of the state and an office fake)”, – stated in the message.
Now solved the question of removal of a public servant from office and election of a measure of restraint. Pre-judicial investigation proceeds.
