The murder of a sailor in Odessa region: the case was referred to the court

ODESSA-KIEV. 26 Dec. UNN. The Prosecutor’s office sent to court indictment against the suspect in the homicide of a sailor of the Navy in the Odessa region. About it the correspondent was reported to UNN in the press service of the Prosecutor of Odessa region.

“In September of 2017 after obtaining and studying forensic law enforcement authorities reported about suspicion to the citizen in the Commission of a criminal offense under part 1 of article 119 of the criminal code of Ukraine. The specified citizen is suspected in the murder of a sailor by negligence that occurred S. Yehorivka in August of the current year”, – stated in the message.

Currently, at the request of prosecutors, the suspect is in custody.
