The militants “LDNR” will never receive Amnesty: for all the murders, torture and kidnapping in Donbas, the enemy will be punished.

The participants of the illegal armed gangs “LDNR” will not be granted a General Amnesty by the authorities of Ukraine, as it is against their law.

The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko stressed that a General Amnesty for terrorists “LDNR” fighting in the Donbass will not receive. and will consider each case separately.

“According to Ukrainian law, murder, torture, rape, grievous bodily harm and abduction do not include the possibility of Amnesty,” he said.

According to him, the Amnesty in our country may be granted only on an individual basis.

If this paragraph of the Minsk agreement must be implemented, we will consider the demand of any person who wants to be pardoned. If the court determines that the person did not commit these crimes can be pardoned,” – said the head of the GPU.
