From a branch of the Paris Louvre Museum in the UAE capital Abu Dhabi has disappeared the most expensive painting in the world “the Savior of the world” painted by Leonardo da Vinci. This writes the New York Times, citing sources.

“The Savior of the world” was sold at Christie’s auction for a record $ 450 million to an anonymous buyer in November 2017. According to the newspaper, it was acquired by Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Farhan al Saud, and later the Louvre in Abu Dhabi announced that the painting supposedly goes into his collection.
