Investment of the project was to prepare the firm of Birkfellner. According to the materials of the newspaper, the company has completed the work, but the “Srebrna” refused to pay for them. In conversation Kaczynski allegedly explains Birkfellner that the project had to stop due to the lack of consent of the local authorities of Warsaw and the interest of the media in this matter.
