The leader of the Polish opposition party “Modern” Ryszard Petru applied to the Prosecutor after the publication of the negotiations of the leader of the ruling party of Jaroslaw Kaczynski with the Austrian businessman Gerald Birkfellner, of which it became aware of plans to build two skyscrapers in the centre of Warsaw. “There is no doubt that Jaroslaw Kaczynski could at any minute because the Prime Minister and personnel decisions in the budget structure to obtain a favorable loan from the Bank,” said Peter.

Investment of the project was to prepare the firm of Birkfellner. According to the materials of the newspaper, the company has completed the work, but the “Srebrna” refused to pay for them. In conversation Kaczynski allegedly explains Birkfellner that the project had to stop due to the lack of consent of the local authorities of Warsaw and the interest of the media in this matter.
