KIEV. March 12. UNN. Employees of SBU exposed the bribe to the investigator of one of regional departments of the police in Odessa. About it reports a press-the SBU center, reports UNN.
“Operatives of the intelligence service established that the investigator had systematically received from the defendants in cases the money for mitigating the conversion of criminal proceedings. Law enforcement officers, in particular, documented that the police demanded from a local resident of 15 thousand dollars. for the reclassification of criminal proceedings opened under article 296 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, on the softer part of the article and the return of confiscated weapons”, – stated in the message.
Employees of SBU detained the malefactor in the workplace, while obtaining all sum of a bribe. Open criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 368 (receiving improper compensation) of the Criminal code of Ukraine, the detainee it is declared suspicion in Commission of crime.
We will remind, on March 7 on a bribe in 50 thousand UAH in Uzhgorod arrested the Chairman of Committee of local government of one of the districts of the city. These tools are the official demanded for issues related to obtaining land plots at the cemetery.
