The head of the Ministry of Infrastructure dismissed the chiefs of the Danube shipping company and subsidiary of ASD in Odessa

KIEV. 9 Oct. UNN. The head of the Ministry of infrastructure Vladislav Crickley dismissed the Chairman of the Board of PRJSC “Ukrainian Danube shipping company” Dmitry Chaly and chief of the Odessa branch of the administration of seaports of Ukraine Igor Tkachuk. It is reported by UNN citing the website of the Ministry of Infrastructure.

“Today, October 8, 2019, Minister of infrastructure Vladislav Crickley signed an order on termination of powers of Dmitry Chaly to the post of Chairman of the Board of PRJSC “Ukrainian Danube Shipping company” and about the termination of powers of Igor Tkachuk in the position of head of the Odessa branch of the state enterprise “Administration seaports of Ukraine”, — stated in the message.

It is noted that roan and Tkachuk dismissed on 8 October 2019. Grounds for dismissal — paragraph 5 of part 1 of article 41 of the Code of labor laws (termination of office of officials).
