Uncategorized December 12, 2017Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko declared that is ready to attract the FBI and British experts to authenticate audio and video evidence in the case against ex-Governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili. About this Lutsenko declared on air of 112 Ukraine.
“We do not agree with the decision of the court of Saakashvili, because we believe that we have every reason to suspect him of collaboration with the organized criminal group of Yanukovych-Kurchenko. We have film. We are ready to allow experts of the FBI or Scotland Yard (the headquarters of the police establishment in Britain – ed.) for inspection, examination or technical phonoscope these films”, – he said.
Also Lutsenko reminded that the Prosecutor General’s office has witnesses and video, where “documented the transfer of hundreds of thousands stolen in Ukraine money.”
He expressed the conviction that the appellate court granted the petition for house arrest for Saakashvili.
In addition, Lutsenko said that he was the attorney General and “must be objective in relation to friends and enemies.”
Earlier, the head of GPU, Yury Lutsenko declaredthat the shares of Saakashvili in Ukraine sponsored by the fluent oligarch Sergey Kurchenko from the environment of Viktor Yanukovych to seize power.
8 December 2017 police arrested Saakashvili. Policy is charged with part 2 of article 256 of the criminal code – assistance to members of the criminal organizations and concealment of their criminal activities.
