The government adopted a decree for the promotion of Ukraine in the Doing Business rating
KIEV. March 27. UNN. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a comprehensive resolution, the purpose of which is to facilitate the conditions for doing business in Ukraine and improve Ukraine’s position in international rankings ease of Doing business. The decision was taken at a government meeting, the correspondent of UNN.
“In the adopted government decree, in particular, defined standards, allowing founders of a limited liability company in electronic form to choose the options of Charter, as customers build faster and with less cost to register the Declaration of readiness of the construction with the e-Cabinet” – said the first Deputy Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine Maksim Nefedov.
In particular, the government has simplified the process of adjusting the existing statutes, OOO, the founders of which are now electronically to choose the variant of the Charter that better suits them. The procedure of registration will be expedited.
In addition, the Cabinet authorized the banking institutions to obtain information from public registers in respect of persons applying for loans. The expected effect of the adoption of the resolution will reduce the cost of lending.
The decree also established a single transparent and friendly for business procedure for assigning e-mail addresses the construction and real estate. In addition, the regulation simplifies the registration of the Declaration on readiness of object to operation due to the expansion of the functionality of e-office workers of the state architectural and construction control and determine the status of electronic service the electronic account of the customer.
The Cabinet of Ministers has led the implementation procedure for environmental control of the discharge of water containing polluting substances, during the stay of ships in the internal sea waters or the territorial sea, in accordance with the requirements of the Customs code of Ukraine.
