Over the same period of 2016 for the property have been granted 10 775 total land area of 12.92 hectares. That is, in 2017, the figures increased by 11% and 23% respectively.

Most plots for the ATO participants was transferred to the Kirovohrad (1390 plots), Vinnytsia (1205 plots) and Kiev (1176 plots) regions.

For the first half of 2017 participants of the ATO in the bodies Derzeitiger received 36573 application for obtaining ownership of land. During this time, the military was granted permission to develop land management projects on branch of 26325 total land area 38,57 thousand ha, that is quite 71.9% of submitted applications. The remaining applications are still under consideration.

Derzeitiger predicts a slight decrease in the rate of transfer of land to participants ATO, and other categories of citizens in the third quarter of 2017 in connection with the introduction of new rules governing agricultural land in state ownership. According to the strategy of rational management of agricultural land of state ownership, which was adopted by the Government on 7 June, includes a parity area of land transferred for use at public auction in the previous period and area of land transferred, free of charge in the ratio 1: 0,25. Recovery dynamics is expected in the fourth quarter of 2017.
