The General staff denied the fake of the Russian Federation on “employee of the APU, asked for asylum”

The General staff of Ukraine dismissed about the message of Russian propaganda about the mythical Ukrainian serviceman, who allegedly asked the aggressor country, the Russian Federation refugee status. This is stated in the official statement of the General staff.

“Information, if the Ukrainian soldier turned to Russian border guards with a request to grant him refugee status does not correspond to reality,” – said in the message.

The staff notes that soldiers “loyal to the oath to the Ukrainian people and its constitutional duty” and also asks media not to spread unverified information.

Earlier, the mouthpiece of the Kremlin, the TASS reported, citing a statement by the FSB that to them in the Bryansk region allegedly appealed to the Ukrainian military asylum. In a propaganda statement said that this man “served under contract and voluntarily left the part” because of “hazing in the Ukrainian military unit”.
