On Friday evening, July 26, Solomenskiy district court of Kiev made the decision to send under house arrest of the former chief of the National police of Odessa region Dmitry Golovin.

It is reported by Gromadske. Also Golovin will be required to wear an electronic bracelet and surrender his passport.
In a Special anti-corruption prosecutors intend to appeal this judgment because their request was the arrest of Golovin.
As UNIAN reported earlier, on 25 July, in Odessa detained the former chief of regional police Department, Dmitry Golovin and his former Deputy, Colonel Constantin Geiko.
Golovin is charged with involvement in the assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position (part 5, article 191 of the Criminal code of Ukraine).
This offence is punishable with imprisonment for a term of seven to twelve years.
