The fire in Odessa: the court arrested the building burnt camp

Primorsky district court of Odessa satisfied the request of the police investigator and arrested without the right of disposal and use of 18 buildings and facilities of children camp Victoria at Dacha Kovalevsky. It is reported by the Duma.

This decision was delivered by judge Yury Kushnirenko.

The total area seized buildings 4065,4 sq. m. the Arrest was effected in the framework of criminal proceedings opened under part 2 of article 270 of the criminal code (Violation of established by legislation requirements of fire security, entailed death of people, – ed.).

“The specified property has preserved traces of a criminal offence, that is evidence of a crime. The investigator proved that there are risks of redevelopment, change of purpose of, damage to or destruction that will further complicate the truth and carrying out necessary investigative actions”, – stated in the decree.

19 September 2017 the mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov suspended from posts three officials of the municipality in connection with a fire in Victoria.

September 15, late in the evening in the Odessa camp Victoria had been a fire – lit wooden building of one of the buildings. Killed three girls.
